These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Open mobile application ("App"), operated by Little Lads Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Open (also referred to as "OpenLetter") is a mobile application that helps users understand debt-related correspondence. The App is operated by:

Open provides general information and organisational tools only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or debt advice. For regulated advice, please consult a qualified professional or a free debt advice service such as StepChange or Citizens Advice.
Open is free to download and use with the following monthly limits on the free tier:
Free tier limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Deleting scans, accounts, or cases does not restore your monthly scan count.
Open Letter Pro removes all limits and provides unlimited access to all features for a recurring subscription fee.
Open Letter Pro is available on the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Free trials convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Any promotional pricing applies only to the period specified and reverts to the standard price on renewal.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant platform:
We do not process subscription refunds directly. Apple and Google's refund policies apply.
